‘The Power in YOU’ is a complete transformation programme designed for female leaders who speak English as a second language and seek to improve their communication as a gateway to reaching their full potential.
In an International context leaders face challenges that go far beyond language. Without first diving into personal work, it’s almost impossible to feel completely confident communicating in ESL. Each one on one session is carefully designed to provide you with clarity, empowerment and a deep understanding of yourself. We will identify your true motivations, overcome ingrained beliefs, understand how power works and free you from cultural influences that limit you.
Through numerous exercises and the use of strategies to manage the mind, body and emotions, along with woman centred creative coaching activities, you will obtain the tools you need to unlock your full potential. It’s a journey of self-discovery with constant support.
