1. What are ‘The Power in YOU’, ‘The Power Practice’ and ‘The Power Tools’ programmes?

The Power in YOU: This programme is the foundation to discovering personal power, helping you achieve authentic and skilled communication. You’ll experience a significant transformation and growth enabling you to achieve your maximum potential.

The Power Practice: This boot camp provides the necessary support to confidently tackle current communication challenges with skill by using effective strategies. You will learn to navigate complex situations and achieve what you desire.

The Power Tools: These interactive masterclasses will address the five most common challenges faced by female leaders, components they need to learn to be an effective leader capable of making a difference and achieving goals.

2. What is the duration of each programme and how are the sessions structured?

  • The Power in YOU consists of five sessions, each lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, preferably one per week.
  • The Power Practice comprises 20 sessions, each lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, two per month over ten months. For groups of up to nine participants.
  • The Power Tools includes five sessions, each lasting 3 hours, preferably one per week. For groups of up to twelve participants.

No, prior communication experience is not necessary to participate in the programmes. They are designed to accommodate different experience levels.

A minimum B2 level of English proficiency is required to participate in the programmes. This will allow you to fully benefit from the sessions and activities.

7. Are study materials or additional resources provided?

Yes, study materials and additional resources are provided as part of the programme. These materials are designed to complement the sessions and enhance your learning experience. They may include readings, exercises and recommended resources for deeper understanding.
