My name is Sarah Jane, and I’m a passionate Communication Specialist turned Power Practitioner with a very clear mission: to help female leaders who speak English as a second language become skilled, authentic and courageous communicators. I want them to be visible and heard on their own terms, regardless of context, societal expectations, and linguistic barriers.
However, my approach goes beyond language, it’s about overcoming limitations that prevent women from expressing themselves fully and accessing the power and authority they deserve. I work alongside you to break through those inherited limitations, often hidden in your subconscious. I connect you with your personal power and help you skilfully navigate all kinds of interactions so you can achieve the results you want.

We aim to root female leaders in self-confidence so they can easily express authority, demonstrate expertise and lead with influence, able to challenge systemic issues and overcome barriers, regardless of language or context.
